Helene Schjerfbeck (1862-1946) is one of the greatest Scandinavian artist of all time. Her art is refined in a modernistic direction with a stripped-down and simplified idiom. The exhibition features a wide selection of works by Schjerfbeck, including landscapes, interiors, still lifes and portraits.

Waldemarsudde is one of Sweden's most-visited art museums, it consists of the main building, the mansion, which was built early 20th century, as a home for the art collector Prince Eugen, and also the gallery building. 
Here you'll find pieces from Prins Eugens collection as well as temporary exhibitions with artists both from his century and ours.
